In this episode, I’m joined by OT Moira Peña of Moira Peña Consulting. Moira also teaches online courses with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists, works at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, and is part of the ECHO Ontario Autism Program.

 


Moira’s steps to taking your clinical expertise to the open market:


  1. Trial it before you sell it; make sure that there is a market.

  2. You must learn how to effectively market your service. Moira shares her top 3 methods for marketing her online course.

  3. No one is going to be a Prince Charming and discover you.

  4. Overcome the fear of having others see you fail.

  5. Reflect on your values.
