In this episode, I discuss the 5 ways you can revenue in your business. So many of us are service providers, and as we max out our capacity in 1:1 services, we automatically decide to hire another OT. And then another. And then another.

Which, is a solid business model. But.


This episode encourages you to think about OTHER ways, not just by hiring people to generate sales through visits, to grow revenue in your business. And yes, these principles are applicable to product based businesses, as well!

  • Volume - increase the number of customers

  • Life time value of a customer - average amount of sale and frequency of sale

  • Operating costs - decrease expenses, including paying team members or software

  • Accounts receivable - faster cash injection - paid faster to get $ flowing into your account

  • Pricing - you can increase the cost of your services
