When it comes to hiring people, there are 3 questions I get asked most frequently:

  1. What should I pay my team members?

  2. Should they be employees or subcontractors?

  3. How do I get my team members to be really productive?


In this episode, I’m joined by entrepreneur, OT, and founder of Milestone Pediatric Therapy, Corey Roan. We discuss these three questions, Milestone Therapy’s six core values, and more. Corey believes in salaries over hourly rates and shares how she made this pivot. In addition, Corey reveals how she has turned her employees into rabid fans through company culture. Later, we discuss the importance of weekly meetings in your business, and how they have created a routine for communication as well as a platform for feedback at Corey’s clinic.
