Rest is often thought of as a luxury, something that we can do when we have extra time or energy. But the truth is, rest is a fundamental human need. For many people, rest is not a given. In fact, for marginalized communities, rest is often actively denied. Today, we are going beyond naps and examining rest as a key piece to productivity and a justice issue.
