We’ve only got two real assets - time and money.

You’ve heard me say this many times.

And, most OTs choose to save money and spend their time to grow their business. But, did you know there is real value in buying back your time? It’s such a key issue that I continue to work on with my group coaching program clients that I’m making this into a two part series.

Today, we discuss saying no and taking your attention back as an act against capitalism and overcoming the fear and privilege behind boundaries. We go beyond the surface and discuss real practices of how busy OTs with small profit margins can truly make this happen in their lives.
